The service request was to remove bats. We called three different vendors and Critter Control / Dave was the only one who followed up. Over the course of removing the bats (several weeks because they are protected until 8/14) Dave was very responsive to our calls. He initially assessed the situation, determined an appropriate solution and completed the job successfully after the protection period was over.

They showed up when they said they would, they kept us informed every step of the way and completed the work on the schedule they projected. Very professional and very friendly.

I contacted Dave with Criter Control about possible animals in my attic. He was very responsive and quickly found the issue. He sealed up all of the access areas and returned numerous times to make sure the issue was resolved. I would certainly recommend him if you have any issues.

We had bats taking up residence in our soffit by the front door. Critter Control was the most responsive and professional company that we called. So happy with the level of service we received and even though I hope never need to use them again….if we need their services they will be on speed dial. Cannot thank them enough.

We had a squirrel invade our attic and Dave from Sarasota, FL office of Critter Control solved the problem for us. It took 3 different trips to finish the job but he was friendly, efficient, thorough, and extremely prompt. Dave is great and professional. Called on a Sunday and they made it out quickly on Monday, and even went the extra mile to provide an inspection since the original issue was gone. All around great service, so they’ll be my go-to for any other issues.

Dave did an excellent job at removing the raccoon from our attic. Then he came back and sealed up where the raccoon was getting in. He also went around the outside of the house and sealed off any openings that might cause any future problems.
