Very quick response. Called one afternoon and Dave was here the next morning. He is very polite and attentive to customer needs. He took care of my raccoon in the attic problem and sealed all entrances. Although I hope I never have too, I would use Critter Control again in a heartbeat. I would definitely recommend Dave.
